The EABA board is excited to announce that Blake Hamer as the new Technical Director.

Baseball has been a part of Blake’s life for over 35 years including playing, coaching and strategic/organizational development. His playing experience has taken him across Canada and overseas and he has played in numerous Western Canadian and National Championships at the AA and AAA levels, culminating in a gold medal in the Senior AAA National Championships in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Since then, his focus has been on coaching, where he has served in numerous capacities for the last 12 years, including as head coach and as an instructor at various camps and clinics.

Blake’s passion is player and community development. In his new role as EABA’s Technical Director, Blake’s objective is to foster safe, challenging and inclusive baseball experiences so positive development opportunities are accessible to all youth.

EABA looks forward to the programming and support that Blake has to offer the organization and its members.
