13U

13U
Ages 12-13 (Birth years 2012 & 2013 for 2025 season)
2025 Registration Now Open!

13U Community (also known as "A" level) teams will consist of 11-13 players who play in an Edmonton league. Games are played from Monday to Thursday generally with a home and away game each week. The season starts the first week of May and ends the 3rd weekend of June. The season is completed before the end of the school year. There could possibly be an option to form a provincial team.

This division will host multiple community 'A' level teams as well as a rep 'AA' team. This structure will allow for more opportunities for all players to learn, develop and reinforce the fundamentals of baseball, while still being appropriately challenged and supported at their individual abilities. With a focus on fun and engaging player development, players are supported to grow their skills, ability and knowledge, but to also build relationships and comradery.

All players will be required to attend indoor evaluation sessions prior to the start of the season. Although not mandatory, is important that players attend the session to ensure appropriate placement on teams. Players will be emailed with details for their specific evaluation time (please be sure to check spam/junk email folder for filtered emails).

Players who are interested in participating in an extended season will be provided the opportunity to try out for a 13U A+ team to represent EABA in Provincials in July. Further details regarding tryouts and schedules will be provided during the season. Extra fees will apply for A+ team.

Players registering for 13U are expected to attend evaluation sessions
