Please meet the newest members of the EABA executive team!

Sara Miller and Jolene Aucoin answered EABA’s call for board volunteers and we couldn’t be happier to have them. Sara is taking on the role of Secretary, while Jolene is the Volunteer Coordinator. Find out a bit more about these terrific individuals below.

Sara Miller – Secretary
I’m excited to be a part of EABA and contribute within the position.  My husband and I moved to Edmonton just over 10 years ago.  We were blessed with twins almost 6 years ago.  I am a Correctional Officer as a career and have been with the Correctional Service of Canada for almost 16 years.  My true passion is designing and making custom handbags.  I played slo-pitch for a number of years when living in BC, having the experience playing in provincials, nationals, and the World Police and Fire Games, hosted in NY, during Hurricane Irene.  I love baseball and am very excited about the season coming.

Jolene Aucoin – Volunteer Coordinator
Throughout my life, I have enjoyed playing many sports and being an avid member in the community. I enjoy the outdoors and being active. I have three very busy boys and between their schools, sports and activities, I have taken on many volunteer roles and positions. Being involved in each activity we are part of has allowed us to grow a strong sense of community, develop friendships and create new and meaningful experiences. I am excited for the same to happen in our EABA community and look forward to this opportunity.

EABA appreciates all that our volunteers do to contribute to our growth and success in making baseball accessible to all our members and providing amazing opportunities. Welcome to the team Sara and Jolene!
