This notification is only for those who have signed up for an EABA Association-level volunteer position for the upcoming Pre-Season Clean-Up, originally scheduled for Saturday, April 18, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. Please note that emails have been sent out to those who have signed up, notifying them of the change of date. 

Due to unfavourable weather conditions and the likelihood that the fields will not be dry or ready for pre-season work, the event has been postponed by one week. The new date is Saturday, April 25 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.

We understand this change comes on short notice and may not work with everyone’s schedule. If you are unable to attend on the new date, please respond to the emails that was sent, and you will be removed from the schedule. You will then be able to select a new volunteer commitment using the volunteer sign-up link.

If the new date works for you, please confirm and event details will be provided after this weekend.
